About Dr. Wilson
Dr. Edward O. Wilson is a lifelong Educator, spending more than twenty-five years in Education. He has worked as an Assistant Professor of Education, a middle school Assistant Principal, a high school football and basketball coach, and a history teacher. Dr. Wilson is our Middle School Principal at D.A.T.E.
Dr. Wilson completed his Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Sarasota in 2001. Having worked in various positions within the K-12 public school setting, Dr. Wilson brings a vast majority of skills to our school including mentoring administrators, teachers and students, instruction, data analysis, community involvement, and presenting to groups and legislators on the benefits of charter schools.
Dr. Wilson enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, and in his spare time he loves to slip in a game golf for leisure.
